Event Description: The 2020 CABA High School World Series promises to be a highly competitive and well scouted World Series, with teams from across the country and Canada in attendance. This Showcase Tournament is for 17u / 16u teams that want to play top caliber competition while showcasing their talent in front of College Recruiters and MLB Scouts! Join the 2019 Champion Manchester A’s, 2018 Champion Pittsburgh Diamond Dawgs, along with other prestigious and internationally recognized clubs in their quest to earn the ring and become 2020 CABA High School World Series Champions! Tournament will fill quickly and is expected to sell out!
NO COOLERS ALLOWED at designated host sites. This includes almost every site used for the event as concessions will be made available. ***ALL TEAMS STAYING OVERNIGHT MUST USE AN APPROVED HOST HOTEL WITH ALL TEAM ROOM BLOCK RESERVATIONS MADE THROUGH HIT & RUN, INC. Upon tournament registration your team will be contacted by Hit and Run, Inc., to select appropriate accommodations and reserve your room block*** Accurate Rooming list to be provided to Tournament Director before tournament begins. Reservation rules will be strictly enforced and anyone found in violation will be removed from the tournament with no refund given. If the tournament is full please contact director to be placed on wait list. Fields are expected to include many from the following list: Sprenger Stadium in Avon, Classic Park in Eastlake, The Pipe Yard in Lorain, Walsh University, Oberlin College, Baldwin Wallace University, Kent State University, Tri-C Community College, Aurora HS, Berea HS, Euclid HS, Hudson HS, Lakewood HS, Mayfield HS, and other top fields including the possibility of playing at historic League Park in Cleveland! ***Games to be scheduled all 5 days at amazing Sprenger Stadium in Avon!*** ***Championship Game scheduled for 6:00 pm Sunday July 19 at Classic Park, home to the Cleveland Indians Class A affiliate Lake County Captains.(Subject to availability)*** Colorado Rockies scout Ed Santa will offer a Player Showcase the day before the tournament for players that want to display their skills in front of the scouts.
